Harmony Hospitality is developing a 114-room Home2 Suites by Hilton Hotel in the growing Princess Anne Corridor – a medical, recreational, and higher-education hub near the City of Virginia Beach’s Municipal Complex. Located in the City’s southern region, the hotel is adjacent to Tidewater Community College and is close to such attractions as the Sportsplex, the Field House, and the Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater. The area is also Virginia Beach’s leading destination for bio and life sciences companies – Sentara Princess Anne Hospital, Operation Smile, LifeNet Health, and Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters.

Home2 Suites offers a fresh and modern suite with all the comforts desired while away from home. Rooms feature king beds as well as single or double queen guest beds. The living area includes a sofa bed, large HDTV, and rolling desk, making it easy to get work done. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances needed to ensure a commodious stay. You’ll feel right at home with free WiFi throughout the hotel, free breakfast, an indoor pool, an exercise room, and a 24-hour business services area.

In addition to the hotel, there will be a free-standing restaurant on the property. The hotel is expected to open in 2024.
