Harmony Hospitality is developing a 110-room Home2 Suites by Hilton in the growing Princess Anne Corridor – a medical, recreational, and higher-education hub located in Virginia Beach's southern portion, where the City's Municipal Complex is also located. Adjacent to Tidewater Community College, the hotel is close to the Sportsplex, Field House, and the Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater. The area is also Virginia Beach’s leading destination for bio and life sciences companies – Sentara Princess Anne Hospital, Operation Smile, LifeNet Health, and Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters.

Home2 Suites offers a fresh and modern suite with all the comforts desired while away from home. Offering single or double queen guest rooms, the living area includes a sofa bed, large HDTV, and the kitchen is equipped with appliances. Each suite has free WiFi and a rolling desk, making it easy to get work done. The hotel features a free breakfast, a pool, exercise room, 24-hour business services area, and sophisticated meeting space with available A/V equipment.

In addition to the hotel, there will be a free-standing restaurant on the property. The hotel is expected to open in 2022.
