Harmony Hospitality is developing a mixed-use property featuring a 142-room Homewood Suites Hotel by Hilton at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Located between 31st and 33rd Streets on Atlantic Avenue directly across from Neptune’s Park. In addition to the all-suite hotel, included is a 147-vehicle parking garage, an independent restaurant/bar that expands onto a third-floor rooftop, weather permitting, and 7,904 square feet of retail space on Atlantic Avenue.

Every guest room at Homewood Suites is a spacious studio, one- or two-bedroom suite that features a kitchen. Guests enjoy separate living and sleeping areas, fully equipped kitchens, and onsite laundry facilities. Guests enjoy a complimentary hot breakfast every morning along with a free evening social. Other amenities include an inside pool and putting green on the rooftop! The hotel is expected to open in early 2026.
