Home 2 Suites Princess Anne Opens Near TCC
Friday, July 19, 2024 – Harmony Hospitality is pleased to announce the opening of the Home 2 Suites Princess Anne, located at 1741 Community College Place in Virginia Beach, VA. Under the direction of General Manager Kelsey Souther, the 114 unit property will operate under the Hilton flag and is adjacent to the Virginia Beach Campus of Tidewater Community College. Not far from the property is the Princess Anne Sentara Hospital complex, Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters children’s surgical center, the Veterans United Home Loan Amphitheater, Landstown High School, the Virginia Beach Sportsplex, City of Virginia Beach Government Center, and the businesses and amenities of the oceanfront. A Panda Express restaurant is now open adjacent to the property.
Home 2 Features
The newly opened Home 2 features 114 modern and comfortably appointed guest rooms. Choose from a king or double queen bedded studio suite or queen bedded one-bedroom suite, all with in room kitchenettes, complimentary hot breakfast, fitness center, indoor pool, outdoor patio, and firepit. Some rooms are pet-friendly. Accessible rooms are also available.

Led by General Manager Kelsey Souther, formerly the GM at our Hampton Inn & Suites Norfolk Airport, Kelsey has surrounded herself with a dynamic team of hospitality professionals, including (from left to right) Chief Engineer Benjie Cipcon, Executive Housekeeper Andre Porter, and GM Kelsey Souther. The hourly staff and managers have completed all Hilton training for new hotels and are ready, willing and able to make sure guests are surrounded by comfort and hospitality. “We have a great team and are so happy to be here” noted Ms. Souther.

Our two lucky guests were welcomed and awarded a prize basket from Taste Unlimited. showcasing items from Virginia Beach and the local area as well as tasty treats. Our first guests weren’t alone – the hotel opened on day one to a complete sell out! What a great way to kick off this beautiful hotel.
