As budgets, sales and marketing plans, and strategic operational strategies are being completed and reviewed, it’s time for everyone to tighten up staffing and performance levels so we can achieve these proposed plans. The past few months have been motivating to our Harmony corporate team and property leaders, watching those who have worked very hard so each of our hotels are set up for success. We are impressed with the plans that property leaders have developed and presented.
Harmony Companies, and specifically Harmony Hospitality has a huge undertaking to live up to in its name. As you will notice, we have been focusing on the word “harmony” to promote our culture, both through print and digital methods. On every page of our newsletter for example, and on our social media sites, you’ll note quotes focused on Harmony. It is our goal to drive our performance together as one in Harmony with each other. Motivational quotes such as these are intended to help us think and believe.
Remember Ted Lasso and his “Believe” sign which every player touched as they left the locker room and stepped out on the pitch? Choosing a quote, saying, or cheer that you and your team can stand behind, will make sure your team knows that you are all in this together. (By the way, it is rumored that several more seasons of Ted Lasso are under development!)
Over the next days, weeks, and months, we will continue to live our culture. We are working in Harmony with construction crews, city and state officials, and brand representatives as we focus on the new Staybridge Suites, under construction near the Premium Outlets and that we plan to open in 2025.
We continue to work with the Town of Carolina Beach in developing a new Embassy Suites.
We also continue to work with the City of Virginia Beach and TCC to move forward on the new SpringHill Suites by Marriott in the Princess Anne area.
In closing, we continue to focus on other proposed projects.
